Ingredients:
Smoked Tillamook Cheese grated
Cheezit crackers ground real fine
Eggs well beaten
Mayonnaise. |
Preparation:
- Mix cheese and crackers together.
- Mix eggs and mayonnaise together.
- Cut the filet of halibut into strips about 1/2 inch thick. The
length depends on the size of serving portions you want.
- Dip the halibut in the egg and mayonnaise mixture, coating the
whole piece.
- Then roll in cracker/cheese mixture, coating it.
- Place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake 400° about 15 minutes
or until done.
I use 1/2 cheese - 1/2 crackers, and the same with eggs and mayonnaise
